Delivery Options

It is one thing buying a product online; it is another thing to receive the purchased product. To that extent, Shop Wazobia puts a great deal of importance in making sure that purchased goods are delivered in time. Shop Wazobia provides a variety of delivery packages and payment options that will facilitate the prompt arrival of purchased goods and or services. Customers have the option of choosing between three globally renowned and trusted courier services “UPS (United Parcel Service), ACE (Africa Courier Express) and KOS (Konga Online Shopping) Deliveries”.

Package Safety:

We are in partnership with three globally renowned and reputable courier services. UPS (United Parcel Service), ACE (Africa Courier Express) and KOS (Konga Online Shopping) Deliveries will be in charge of the delivery of goods to customers beyond FCT AMAC.

Delivery:

The customer has the option of choosing between UPS, ACE and KOS. Customers in Lagos(excluding Badagry, Epe, Ikorodu) and Port Harcourt, who choose ACE as their preferred delivery option are availed the option of Paying On Delivery at 1.25% value of the goods purchased. KOS offers a Nationwide Pay On Delivery option to customers at 1% value of the goods purchased.

Shop Wazobia also delivers packages to only the major districts of Abuja and customers can choose to Pay On Delivery, do a Bank Transfer or pay on the site via GTPay Payment Gateway.

Estimated Time of Arrival:

Shop Wazobia: FCT AMAC packages are to be delivered between 6 – 24 hours.

ACE: FCT (excluding AMAC) packages are to be delivered between 1 – 2 working days. Lagos & Port Harcourt packages are to be delivered between 3 – 5 working days. Packages going to the all other cities around Nigeria are to be delivered between 5 – 7 working days.

KOS: FCT (excluding AMAC) packages are to be delivered between 1 – 3 working days. Lagos & Port Harcourt packages are to be delivered between 3 – 7 working days. Packages going to the all other cities around Nigeria are to be delivered between 5 – 10 working days.

UPS: Lagos Packages are to be delivered between 1 – 2 working days. South West, South East, South South & North Central packages are to be delivered between 1 – 3 working days. North West & North East packages are to be delivered between 1 – 4 working days.

Note:

All orders made before 12-noon will be shipped that same day and all orders made after 12-noon will be shipped the following day.
