If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our products can be returned within the specified days given by sellers from the original date of purchase of the product.
Before you return a product, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased within the number of days specified by sellers
- The product is in its original packaging
- The original receipt or other proof of purchase is provided.
- The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached.
- If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.

Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify and report to us immediately as late report of the damaged good may be at your own risk.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
